Why haven't you processed my BPAY payment?

You can pay your BPAY 24 hours 7 days a week via your internet banking service, or print out the order invoice and pay it in bank in person.

We only can process the BPAY confirmation during working days (Monday to Friday excluding public holiday)

If your BPAY payment hasn't been confirmed with 2 working days, please contact your financial institution to see if there have been any problems with the transaction. Your financial institution should be your first point of contact in this situation.
