Terms and Conditions for Extended Warranty:
1) Extended warranty is only applicable for a Individual brand new electronic object purchased from Shopping Square Australia. Warranty cannot be purchased as a standalone product. The Extended warranty should be purchased with covered object together in a single purchase . Warranty does not apply to refurbished products.
2) It is the customer's responsibility to notify Shopping Square of a warranty claim. The claim has to be made as soon as possible after a fault is noticed by creating a support ticket. The support ticket must have a clear explanation of the problem to be made before the item can be returned.
3) While every care is taken with each item, Shopping Square accepts no liability for consequential loss of accessories that are not listed in paperwork.
4)Should repair be economically unfeasible or parts be unavailable, we will replace your object with one of similar type and equal value, (based on its value at the time of the claim)
5)The warranty will be considered void if the equipment has been damaged by impact, water/liquid, sand, dust, dirt, grit, battery corrosion, unauthorised repair, or neglected in a way which has caused the equipment to malfunction.
6)The Extended Warranty purchased is only applicable to that individual item for which it was purchased. Only the warranty purchaser is entitled to claim the extended warranty.
How To Claim the Extended Warranty:
1) Please log on to your account with www.shoppingsquare.com.au
2) Go to " My account"=>"My Support Ticket"=>Create a Technical Support & Warranty Ticket.
3)Please put your extended warranty invoice number in "search for your product". Then specify the invoice number for camera and state a clear explanation of the problem.
