You've seen how good our Index Chopping Boards are at keeping things organised. Not only is it a space saver, its hygenic and sleek looking. Now with the Index Chopping Board Plus you not only get to colour code your chopping boards, you can also colour code you knives!

Index Plus™ is an enhanced version of our multi-award-winning chopping board categorisation system with co-ordinating knives. Designed to reduce the likelihood of cross-contamination of different food types, Index Plus™ contains four individual chopping boards with four matching knives. Each chopping board is colour-coded and has its own illustrated tab, indicating which food type it should be used for. Each corresponding knife is also colour-coded accordingly. With Index Plus™ you can prepare vegetables, fish, raw meat and cooked food safely and separately.
